A lakeside dream home. She wants a high enough ceiling to fit  a 20 foot Christmas tree and a $50,000 budget for lighting.  He wants the home build-able with standard sizes.  The tree will be in the back so it can be viewed from all the other homes on the lakes edge.  The wall of windows will also highlight all the sunrises from the living room couch or the window over the kitchen sink.

We made sure the wall heights, windows and cupboards were all standard sizes so there are no expensive custom pieces in this custom designed home.
